All orders are sent by 24 hour courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post after cleared payment is received. Please be aware standard postage is to UK mainland only and does NOT include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles. For Postage to these places please contact us for delivery prices.
If your parcel has been dispatched and not arrived please contact us via email or phone and we can provide tracking details for your parcel.
You will be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.
If you wish for the part to be delivered to an alternative address please contact us before paying for the item.

We offer combined postage for multiple purchases, please contact us for a combined invoice.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges applied to your delivery if purchased outside the UK.
We aim to process returns in 48 hours of receipt of the product, but please allow up to 7 days for exchange/refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange. The refund / Exchange will not include postage / labour costs. Please note you MUST contact us for a returns form and returns number before returning any product. This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.
If your item is faulty or was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department for advice before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to get this resolved promptly. We cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by email or phone as quickly as possible.

We recommend all Direnza products are fitted by qualified persons to ensure correct installation and compatibility. We do not however accept any liability for the costs involved in this.
We shall not be held liable for labour costs incurred relating to incompatibility or product failure.
All labour costs are incurred as part of an agreement between you and your chosen garage and as such, any labour charge disputes should be handled between those parties concerned. We recommend thoroughly checking compatibility of products on receipt before commencing installation.
This does not affect your warranty where applicable or your statutory rights.
